Matia S. Nikolovienis practices in all areas of commercial real estate law concentrating on financing for banks and borrowers, ground leasing, commercial leasing and sale/ acquisition transactions.
Previously, Ms. Nikolovienis practiced in the commercial lending department of a Long Island law firm and in the real estate department of Stadtmauer Bailkin, LLP, which department was headed by Louis A. Perfetto and Marshall J. Cohen. She came to Cohen & Perfetto at its formation.
Ms. Nikolovienis received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000. She graduated with a B.S. degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1997. She is admitted to the New York Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association.
